The location as we attended a show at Bercy Stadium, the room was excellent and the staff were very friendly
Convenient to the metro and Bercy stadium.Staff went out of their way to accomodate us when our trip to Paris was delayed diue to the volcanic ash
Front desks staffs were overall good. They could speak good English and are generally polite. Cleaniness is good, i must say.
It wasnt a pleasant one during our breakfast (cant recall its name, but on the same floor, well you should know...^ ^) The asian staff saw my wife waiting to be served, but did not ask for her room number n walked off. But when my wife walked towards my table, she was stopped with a very unfriendly face, followed by her question. We might have taken longer than usual diners as our 3 yr old son was eating slow. This Asian staff kept showing her sour face and as if we were there for centuries?!! Another french male was even worse, he cant speak english, and when ppl asked for teapot, he kept pointing the bar that was run out of it..(he didnot attempt to understand, n kept saying'No...no'!) mumbling alot too to his colleagues... some english were quite annoyed by his bad attitude too. More rooms for waiters to improve their service. I will still recommend to my friends who prioritise on good location. As the PAris Bercy station (leading to MIlan) is just 5 mins walk from the hotel.
Location is perfect (2 minutes from Bercy metro station and only a few metro stops from all touristic places in Paris). Rooms are very modern, clean, and stylish and breakfast was excellent with variety of foods and fruits and fresh incredients.
Nothing. Almost perfect and I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Paris.
The rooms were clean, both bath and separate shower cabin were available. Metro "Bercy" is near by, commercial center "Bercy 2" is several bus stops away. Our kid loved the toy presented to her by Novotel staff.
Same breakfast every day (and same for each of the three Novotel Hotels we were in during this trip:Le Mans, Caen, Paris). No vegatables in the menue. The only channel in english is news..
Clean, pleasant modern hotel in nice district, very close to Metro/RER station into City. Ideal for stopover as also very close to Peripherique east, as also has secure underground car park
Very busy at breakfast buffet, limited selection of food at high cost. Also no lift from car park below for big cases/disabled visitors
The location of the hotel was very convenient being so close to the metro station and having the local restaurants and bars cloes by.
The fact that room service was only available during restaurant opening hours!
A very nice hotel. We were given a suite with a lot of space and a wonderful bathroom.
Was not as close to Gare de Lyon as expected. Staff initially refused to provide the type of room that was booked, even though it was pre-paid. Required some coaxing.
The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the Bercy Metro. It is in a clean and safe neighborhood. Across the street are a couple of good eating places.
nothing, this was a no-show from my side
nothing, this was a no-show from my side
Very close to the Bercy Arena which was the main reason for the trip to Paris.
Price was reasonable for late booking but wouldnt do this again
Was not cleaned during our stay, we did not put a do not disturb sign out. Stains on the bed, hairs in the bathroom, feint smell of vomit. Evian water had been previously opened but not replaced. Noisy as opposite bars
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good as well as the location of the hotel- a few metres from the underground.
Their service towards the customers should definetely be improved! No willingness to help visitors as the staff seems to be incapable to communicate with foreigners! It seems that this hotel is suitable for local people or business travellers. It's unsuitable for families with children because they don't welcome the idea of having kids free although they advertise for it! (we were asked to pay!)
The buffet breakfasts were great! Our son enjoyed going up to the counter to select whatever he wanted. The choice of food was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. Many thanks!
Breakfast was not included and expensive. The the rooms were not as advertised.
